What Happened To Ted Beneke In Breaking Bad: Where Is He Now?
Ted Beneke is a character in the hit television show Breaking Bad.
Beneke is the former president and owner of a manufacturing company, Beneke Fabricators, a company he inherited from his father. He was the former boss and lover of Skyler White, wife of protagonist Walter White.
Beneke is a divorcee who has twin daughters. It is unknown when exactly he took over Beneke Fabricators, but by the time he met Skyler White, he had already been the president for quite some time. Beneke harbored feelings for White during her first stint at the company when she was a young woman and even made a pass at her when he was drunk, an event for which he apologized profusely.
However, White would leave the company soon afterward for what the audience assumes is her family, but Beneke never loses feelings for her.
What Happened To Ted Beneke In Breaking Bad?
Ted Beneke is in the middle of a love affair with Skyler White for much of Breaking Bad.
Skyler joins Beneke Fabricators again during season 2 when it's revealed that Gretchen Schwartz will no longer pay for Walter White's medical bills. Walter had been telling his family that Schwartz and her husband, Walter's former business partner, were paying for his medical bills when he'd been paying for it with his ill-gotten gains.
Upon discovering he had been lying to his family, Schwartz promptly told Skylar a white lie for Walter's sake that she and her husband would stop paying for the treatment. To make ends meet, Skylar decides to join Beneke Fabricators again.

Upon joining Beneke Fabricators, Skylar and Ted grew close immediately. She confessed to him how much of a hard time at home due to Walter's condition and how guilty Skyler felt for not being more upbeat about Walter being in remission. Her opening up led to a touching moment where Ted put a hand on her shoulder to console her.
Their relationship grew flirtier when, a couple of days later, Beneke asked Skylar to perform her rendition of Marilyn Monroe's Happy Birthday, Mr. President, at his birthday party. Skylar reluctantly does so and finishes the song by kissing Ted on the cheek.
Their growing friendship comes to a halt when Skylar discovers irregularities in the company's accounting and, upon consulting with Ted, finds out that he's been committing major tax fraud to keep the company afloat. Ted begs her not to turn him in, and Skyler says she won't but states that she won't be a part of it, hinting she will quit.
Strangely, she still shows up to work the next day and goes into labor. When Walter doesn't respond to her calls and texts, Ted accompanies her to the hospital and witnesses the birth of her baby daughter, Holly White.
Did Ted Beneke Get His Neck Broken -Injury And Health
Ted Beneke ends his tenure in Breaking Bad in a cast due to a broken neck.
In season 3, upon discovering that Walter is a meth dealer, a distraught Skyler attempts to make a move on Ted, who reciprocates, and the two begin an affair. Ted, who'd been in love with her for ages, attempts to convince her to move in with him unsuccessfully.
Skyler came clean to Walter about her relationship with Ted later in the season, and an enraged Walter attempted to confront Ted but failed. The affair fizzled out when Skyler spent most of her time in the hospital with her sister, Marie, following Hank Schrader's shooting. Their relationship fizzled out.

After Skyler leaves Beneke Fabricators, the IRS catches up to Beneke in the next season, threatening to bankrupt Ted, who tries to get help from Skyler. She refuses, but when Beneke meets with the IRS, she unexpectedly shows up wearing a provocative dress.
Through an expert performance, Skyler convinces the IRS that Ted's ignorance caused the bookkeeping problems and ends up saving him from jail time, provided he pays $617,000 in back taxes and fines, which he, unfortunately, doesn't have.
To help Beneke, Skyler gets a lawyer, Saul Goodman, to give Ted $621,552.33 as an inheritance from a fictional Great Aunt Brigid, but Ted uses the money to lease a new expensive Mercedes. An enraged Skyler tells Ted that the money was from her, and when Ted tries to return the money either because it's the right thing to do or because he is blackmailing Skyler for more, she asks Saul for help, who sends his A-Team to force Beneke to sign a check for the IRS. A panicked Beneke attempts to run but trips on a rug and crashes headfirst into a piece of furniture, presumably breaking his neck.
Where Is Ted Beneke Now?
The last we see of Ted Beneke is in the hospital in a cast.
Saul Goodman approaches Skyler at her car wash and tells her that something is wrong with Ted. Skyler, who assumes that Ted is dead, is distraught to find that he is in a cast and has woken from his coma.
She visits Ted, who is in the hospital due to his neck injury. Ted promises he will not say a word about what happened to him. We never see him again.
