Air bubble in dice-affecting rolls?

Just wondering this, because I know there's air bubbles in dice, but I was looking at it, and I was wondering how much it really affects rolls? I notice one d20 in particular is very prone to rolling a 2, subsequently it (aside from it being kinda ugly) does not see much use at all. But maybe it's just random chance? I can't tell >_>
